Antique Super Rare! French Automaton Figure Paper Mache Working.. Condition is Used. Up for sale is super rare French paper mache Automaton Antique figure. Don’t know exactly who he is? Was in terrible shape when I first bought him! Didn’t work motor didn’t work. Had him professionally restored to work motor works now his head goes back and forth had to have lots of body repair but is stable now and fully functional. Figure stands on wood base and stands 24 inches Tall. Looks like it’s the original clothes. Electric plug in cord has been replaced. Says something on its chest but can’t make it out. 1900s to 1930s I’m guessing. Great piece to own for your collection. I’m selling this automaton in as is condition so please view pictures carefully because it’s part of my description! These are extremely hard to find! Body is in very rough condition but works great. What you see is what you get. I’m know expert on these figures maybe someone out there knows who he is. Displays great. Good Luck message me with any questions. Some damage to his hand.
