    Description

    Australia fine used and rare 1909 CTO penny postage due stamp. The cancelled to order stamps (all dated SE 30 09) were produced for distribution to UPU countries, and only 480 in total were cancelled, and were not available to the public. Most still reside in national collections and archives. Watermark crown over double-lined A, and perf 12 x 12.5. SG D64. Uncommon fine used like this.
