    Description

    These rare mandolin tuners are new old stock and came in the original box as pictured.  Over a century old.  What a nice find!
    Aged and yet like new with some slight marking on the heads from being bounced around in the box for 100 years.  Unused.
    The Kluson company was founded as a machine shop by John Kluson in
    Chicago
    in 1925.
    Kluson had previously run a machine shop for
    the Harmony Co
    . Kluson Manufacturing soon found a niche making tuners for many stringed instruments.
