Description
The Larson Brothers built instruments for many different companies who would then brand them with their own stamps and name. Due to the large amount of Larson made instruments that bear the name/logo of another company it can sometimes make identifying Larson instruments difficult. However, due to a number of observations we're pretty sure this is the real deal. Larson built mandolins for H.F. Meyers from at least 1909-1912 and this 1911 H.F. Meyer possesses the traits and characteristics of other Larson built mandolins of the time.Serial #: First character is hard to make out but appears to be a "1", "I" or "T", followed by 2773

In good shape for it's vintage. Plays easy and sounds nice. The bridge is slightly damaged, missing a few chips that used to sit between the strings sets but the strings still stay in place fine. Doesn't influence playability.
