Mandolin, from Russia, antique!. This Rare instrument is a fine combination of art and engineering, with a unique look. It's a bit a smaller than the Gibsons, but of solid construction and playable, my uncle Boris said he preferred this one because "You could hit some Bourgeois Czarist on the head with it, then play 'As along the high road' without even having to tune it!" Ok: I have no 'Uncle Boris,' nor did (the fictional) Uncle Boris ever say such a thing. Its an estate find, and I'm pricing it 'wall hanger' low!
