The condition you see the item in the picture, is the condition you will receive the item.     I do my best to provide accurate descriptions for all items.This is an AS IS listing. Please email questions BEFORE buying as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of a fulfillment error made on my part (i.e. wrong item sent), I will pay to have you ship the item back and will send out the correct item. I do not guarantee manufacturer's quality for unopened items (I will not remove an item from original manufacturer's packaging). I do not warranty color. Cameras & computer screens do crazy things w/colors. Because I will not allow returns if you are not satisfied with how the color looks under your specific kind of lighting.
    Do not think to abuse the eBay resolution process, stating you received the incorrect item if you did not indeed receive the wrong item. As part of the resolution process, you WILL HAVE TO fully and clearly document and demonstrate (w/pictures & full explanation) how the product you received was not what was listed. Any frivolous use of the dispute/return process to try to return an item will be immediately reported to eBay.
    Despite all of the above listed disclaimers, I am a reasonable person. Unfortunately, there is a small percentage of eBay users out there that wish only to scam, waste sellers' time, and otherwise disrupt the great buying/selling resource the eBay is. Should you purchase an item and you are not satisfied with it, please email me directly, at the email listed in the PayPal payment receipt, to discuss the possibility of a return. If I grant a return authorization, it will always be under these terms: 1) you will need to pay return shipping,   2) The item must be returned in the EXACT SAME CONDITION that it was shipped 3) initial shipping fees are not refundable & 4) the refund will be equal to the purchase price, less shipping, & less a 25% restocking fee. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you and the refund forfeited.
    Expensive or rare items will be shipped out with a signature service. This is a protection to both you, the buyer, and me, the seller. Also, if you have a low, or zero feedback rating, an adult signature will also be required.
    Should any damage of an item be incurred during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer to document the damage with clear picture for me to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to provide ANY needed information will void the shipping insurance, at the buyer's risk. Document the damage with photos (pictures of exterior of the box where damaged, and pictures of broken item). Email me these pictures, along with a description of the damages.
