    Including Order Form and a couple supplements
    Golden Gate Magic Co. was a mail order company and magic shop on Market Street in San Francisco, California, opened in the 1940s by Tom Dethlefsen (1892-1965).
    Originally at 583 Market Street, it moved to 617 Market Street in early 1950s.
    Dethlefsen put the shop up for sale in 1960 on advice of his doctors due to a heart condition.
    It was sold by the end of the year to Lou Rossi and Leslie Mutchler. They eventually closed around 1966.
    Auction is for the original Catalog Copyright 1952, 92 Pages.
    This was an expanding catalog which on inside cover stated; "should last a lifetime." Every so often additional pages will be sent and should immediately be clamped in the proper place of the folder.
    This catalog was originally sent to Phil Bauer.
    Also included is an original Order Form (couple of very small tears). A brochure advertising Magic Lessons with some brief stories of magicians about their programs (one tear noted). Also a coupon for One Dollar credit on order over .50. Must be presented before October 23, 1953. (guess it expired)
