Unidentified Antique German 12” Papier-mâché Doll Stuffed Body

Description

This adorable doll is about 12” tall. She has a papier-mâché head and shoulder plate and the rest of her body is straw/sawdust stuffed cloth. Her face is painted; marked on the back of her shoulder plate with word Germany. No identification marks are present. Some crazing, small cracks, paint loss and stains to her head, shoulder plate and face - please see photos for more details.
She is wearing an original (?) felt outfit. Some stains are present. No socks or shoes.
