    Description

    DESCRIPTION:
A nice mid 20th century Japanese woodblock print restrike after Utamaro, showing a lady hair dresser combing another lady‘s hair. When view against the light could see the watermark-like vertical lines. Paper is thicker than paper money but thinner than paper grocery bag. Front & back shows numerous tool/brush marks probably result from applying the color. Some color also seep thru on to the back. Some color imperfection from application.
Last photo was shown the reverse of the print inside a plastic sleeve against the light. Thus the image is not as crisp.
